TheSongsofDistantEarth Posted October 9, 2009 Little Richard is: a. your son. b. a sixties musician with a pencil moustache who now lives with you. c. "mini-me", your imaginary doppelganger. d. keeper and guardian of the family jewels. I'm guessing "a", but you never know.

Marblehead Posted October 9, 2009 (edited) Little Richard is: a. your son. b. a sixties musician with a pencil moustache who now lives with you. c. "mini-me", your imaginary doppelganger. d. keeper and guardian of the family jewels. I'm guessing "a", but you never know. Funny. Hehehe. He will always have a place in my heart as one of the founders of Rock & Roll. Peace & Love! I liked "Wild Arms" except for the two changes in emotion during the song - they seemed out of place to me. Been listening to some early Stones music today. Peace & Love! Desert Eagle Posted October 9, 2009 I liked "Wild Arms" except for the two changes in emotion during the song - they seemed out of place to me. I think that it is the midi version or a separate mp3 interpretation but if you listen to the original psf file it is much better.
Marblehead Posted October 9, 2009 I think that it is the midi version or a separate mp3 interpretation but if you listen to the original psf file it is much better. I went to YouTube and listened to the original theme. Same thing. The song depicts a journey but at that point I mentioned anxious anticipation (almost fear) is expressed - not consistent with the flow of the journey. Just me perception - probably means nothing to everyone else. Peace & Love!

Marblehead Posted October 22, 2009 I love David! I can't listen to the videos at the moment as I am recording some music into my computer from cassette to prepare it for burning to CD. At the moment we have Jimmy Thibodeaux & The Gumbo Cajun Band (traditional Cajun with a Country influence).

Marblehead Posted October 25, 2009 So I'm listening to these guys I have never heard of before "Kings Of Leon" but unlike Carl Perkins singing "Don't step on my blue suede shoes" they are singing "Don't mess with my high heels". Times have changed. Peace & Love!
