When looking for some Bluegrass fiddle music which took me to Bluegrass clawhammer banjo playing then to Cajun fiddle music then to Cajun accordion music then to Swamp Pop music. It is mostly music from the late 1950s - early 1960s of nearly all popular styles at those times, done up in a distinctive Louisiana style. It is an Iron Maiden original. I don't really listen to them. Listening to the song I thought of the style I call "Dark Rock". The lyrics supported my thought. Well performed song.
