Marblehead Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) That's a nice three=string banjo she's playing there. And she got quite a bit of melody out of it too! Â Oh, I'm listening to some old-time Blues this morning. Edited February 8, 2014 by Marblehead
Captain Mar-Vell Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) ... I'm listening to smooth radio at the moment, mostly schmaltzey love songs and bitter heart break tunes. Â I know, I don't know why I do it to meself. Â But tonight its movie songs and its coming up with some treasures with perfect timing... Â Like for instance; Â I ain't afraid of no ghosts! Â Â Followed by Windmills of Your Mind. Â Â It's good stuff. ... Edited February 8, 2014 by Captain Mar-Vell
Marblehead Posted February 8, 2014 I switched music a while back. I was doing some things in the dinning room and opted for listening from the living room. Just happened to be Swamp Pop music ready to go when I fired it up. Still listening to it now.

Captain Mar-Vell Posted February 9, 2014 (edited) ... Off topic! Â Sorry you couldnt see the last one, mr marblehead. Van der Graaf Generator probably not your kinda thing, but who am I to judge? Â Do you know, I'm coming late in life to a real appreciation of Abba. Â It must be because their name is a palindrome. Â Just like; Â TIME SPACE CAPS EMIT Â And you know sometimes words have two (or indeed more) meanings. Â Sorry, not Led Zepp! Abba! Â Ace of Wands? Â Cosmic Rulebook? Â White's First Move? Â Sometimes I don't like this Game of Life. Â Makes me cry man, makes me cry. Â ... Edited February 9, 2014 by Captain Mar-Vell

Marblehead Posted February 12, 2014 Great Blues "roots" music. I have the "Greatest Hits" CD of Fred's.  There is another artist, a Cajun, who enjoyed doing Blues "roots" music I enjoy listening to: Lynn August     But actually, right now I am listening to this guy:

Marblehead Posted February 14, 2014 Kick-Ass Balkan music with some girls dancing to it: Okay. I had the opportunity to go back and "listen" to the video. That is "Belly Dancing" music. The girls weren't belly dancing - they were just shaking their tail feathers.
