Marblehead Posted November 4, 2015 Actually, that's a pretty nice "sad" song.
AussieTrees Posted November 5, 2015 Songs, music, have all been heard by these ears, usually played loud. Â Not for many years, the choice to abstain. Â Silence is the preferred sound, just the sounds of the universe can be heard. Â Music still plays in all the usual places and heard by the many,it is the few that abstain. Marblehead Posted November 14, 2015 That worked. Thanks for your efforts. I don't care much for Jazz.  Really there are only a few artists who play jazz as well as other genres that I enjoy listening to. Those would be Django Reinhardt - guitar, Earl Bostic - sax, and Pete Fountain - clarinet. Marblehead Posted November 14, 2015 I had to stop the music. I started feeling like I wanted to go out and hurt someone.
soaring crane Posted November 15, 2015 I've been to a good number of Zappa revival concerts over the past five or so years, with musicians from his various lineups. Some friends and I saw the Banned from Utopia last night, which was a jaw-dropping performance. And just now I was viewing this video from the old Mothers of Invention from London 1968. I saw  Don Preston (the keyboard player) in a tiny local club two years ago and hung out with him for a while after the show:

woodcarver Posted November 21, 2015 Disco evolution.  I'm listening to some Zydeco music right now.    3rd wave disco. Zydeco is beer music and I'm drinking wine right now  My family is from Louisiana but I didn't grow up on Zydeco unfortunately. I did grow up eating the food though.
