Marblehead Posted June 18, 2011 Sorry to bum you out! You're way back on memory lane! Here's one of my all time favorites from Inti Illimani - it's also a little sad but in more of a wabi sabi sort of way. I actually like the first one. The song goes well with the scenery in the video. I imagined someone going off on a spirit quest by themself (which rarely happens). I'm still in the 'way back' but a different one today:
Marblehead Posted June 18, 2011 I never played capoeira but I LOVE the Berimbau You left me behind with that one. Hehehe. Might have been a good background instrument in certain psychedelic music arrangements though.

zerostao Posted June 25, 2011 Worked as Freddie King's Chauffeur! good work if you can get it i always try and decide who is better freddie king or bb king. it is futile, why choose both are kings. it is bluegrass festival season here in the hills.
Marblehead Posted June 25, 2011 it is bluegrass festival season here in the hills. Yeah. I haven't been to one in a while. Guess I'll have to put it on my "To do" list. I already have a Zydeco festival on my "To do" list. Sure would love to add a Tex-Mex festival to the list but I'm not sure I would be able to handle that. It's a long drive for me to south-central Texas where the good ones are.
