neimad Posted October 12, 2005 hello, im not a regular sungazer but whenever i am outside at times when the sun aint too strong i will have a nice look, first with eyes closed then i will open them. the colour i get is always a beautiful violet colour. often i see some kind of shape outlined against the sun and this change pretty much every time i look at it. yesterday i had a gaze at the sun while it was approaching, but not quite at, sunset. the shape i got was..... a love heart!!! so nice haha. anyone else see shapes when sungazing? colours? etc? Yoda Posted October 12, 2005 Nice Avatar, btw. I've not had any experiences of shapes, but I love having a positive emotional response. They say that the extent to which you experience love while sungazing is the extent to which you will benefit from the practice.
