kunlun next level

I was wondering when a person move up next level for kunlun. Does that person has continue with previous level?

When I move to level 2 kunlun. Must I practice level one then level 2?

I read somewhere in this thread but can't seem to find it again.

 

Example: Level one and level 2 then close down.

 

What about Closing down. Are you suppose to close down after level 2 or previous level?

you practice both. So start with level 1, then without closing down or losing the energy feeling move onto level 2... when finished close down.

 

dont start level 2 unless you've been doing the practice for at least 6 months.
