Machin Shin Posted May 3, 2009 These are the metals that I have experience with  Iron  Copper  Silver  Titanium  Adamatium  According to astronomers anything heavier than Helium has a quality of being metallic. The more metallic a galaxy is the older it is. The interesting thing is that as a galaxy evolves there is an increasing amount of metallic elements. So the astronomers say.
